Tom Selleck-1-1024x1005The 1997 Horizon Award, the Congressional Award in Washington DC recognized me. The Horizon Award is a special award from the Joint Leadership of the United States Congress and the Congressional Award Board of Directors. The Horizon Award is presented to individuals from the private sector who have helped to expand possibilities for all Americans through their own personal contribution, and have set exemplary examples to young people by their achievements in life. Tom was a fantastic teammate and loved being within such a highly skilled and knowledgeable group. He worked hard and played with a lot of intensity when his Magnum schedule was able to allow . He was patient with us all and we enjoyed the large crowd that replaced our typical small number of spouses and friends at the national tourney games. ".
