KatePrince William and Kate Middleton first came into contact when they were at St. Andrews in 2001. The story goes that Prince William attended an event where Kate Middleton wore a transparent gown, which sparked Prince William's interest. The couple began their relationship in 2003. While in their second year in St. Andrews, Middleton as well as Prince William were roommates together with two students. Kate Middleton started to be attacked by various media outlets at this point. It prompted many individuals to threaten legal action, including members of the royal family and her family lawyer. Their marriage was ended in 2007 when they were William and Kate. However, rumors continued to circulate that they had got back together.
