Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
She was initially inspired by shadows reflected on grass. After a few weeks she came up with a technique that didn't render the chosen object onto canvas in an unflat image. The object becomes a representation of its own, with the canvas carrying an interpretation by painting of the object. This is especially true in the case of a living item or something perishable, like people or fruit. The transient nature of her painterly style is obvious and the only thing that remains in Alexa Meade's art is a photograph. As the photographic and painting techniques are synchronized so tightly and result in a trompe l'oeil effect, that creates it appears as if three dimensions appears only at specific locations, like the eye area or hair. Meade will sometimes integrate her painting into the surrounding three-dimensional environment and allows the model to be a part of the world of their own. In this way, she blurs the lines between photography, painting performance and installation.
